IT integrator Aliant, business of 15 million euros in 2024, plus 30%. In 2025, the Romanian company is counting on a sustainable evolution of at least 10%, supported by AI-based solutions. "The future will be defined by technologies such as GenAI and AgenticAI"
The Romanian company Aliant, an IT solutions integrator and leader in providing Hyper Automation and Managed Print Services solutions, recorded a 30% increase in turnover in 2024, up to 15 million euros, and the performance was complemented by revenues of almost half a million euros obtained from the ERP, CRM and Ticketing areas related to the SoftPepper business solutions portfolio, a company that Aliant has controlled since the fall of last year, the company's representatives sent in a statement.

For 2025, the company estimates a sustainable evolution of at least 10% of business in 2025, supported by the company's strategic transformation and operational optimization, as well as the increasingly widespread implementation of AI-based solutions, which can contribute to a 10-fold reduction in costs in certain areas.

"Business transformation, increasing operational efficiency and ensuring scalability were the main priorities at Aliant last year, and the results were visible. 2024 was an excellent year for us, supported by strategic investments in the company's development and expanding the portfolio with solutions tailored to the dynamic business context and needs of today's and future customers. Going forward, the priority remains to ensure a healthy and sustainable evolution in the long term and we are increasingly developing in the direction of IT trends. The future will be defined by technologies such as GenAI and AgenticAI, which will experience an increasingly accelerated expansion, having the potential to become key tools in decision-making and operational processes," said Bogdan Ciubotaru, Managing Partner at Aliant.

The company made a series of strategic investments in 2024, through which it consolidated its position on the Romanian IT market, such as the acquisition of the majority stake in the IT company SoftPepper, through which it added ERP, CRM and ticketing solutions to its portfolio, Aliant representatives also reported. In addition, it concluded printing partnerships with brands such as Ricoh and Sharp.

“At the same time, Aliant expanded its services in the field of Hyper-Automation, where AI technology is gaining increasing importance, along with RPA and low-code, to create personalized solutions. The company is increasingly focusing on cyber security and AI tools as essential solutions for protection and business automation, continuing investments in digitalization and cloud technologies for a modern infrastructure that companies and institutions can access regardless of their size.”

Aliant's strategic transformation has involved creating a framework for increasing long-term operational efficiency and a faster response capacity to the demands of an increasingly dynamic market, through a scalable set-up. Aliant estimates that it will significantly reduce the execution time of certain flows by at least 30%, in addition to eliminating inefficiencies and shortening response times for customers.

“Another component of this transformation also involves optimizing the IT infrastructure, an important vector in increasing the quality of services and in developing robust and flexible solutions for Aliant customers, as well as the permanent improvement of the portfolio of solutions for customers, in three key directions: printing, IT infrastructure and business solutions.”

For 2025, Aliant aims to continue investing in the development of services offered through business applications ERP, CRM, Ticketing, Printing, Hyper-automation and cybersecurity, through strategic partnerships or own solutions, and accelerating the migration to value-added services based on AI and emerging technologies.

The company’s representatives also plan to continue attracting talent to the team, currently consisting of 55 specialists, with skills especially in business development and technical areas, to support expansion in the territory and increase expertise in projects.
