Sales Account Manager

Job description
Location: Bucuresti | Iasi | Bacau | Hybrid
We’re an innovative IT technology integrator with experience in areas such as Hyper Automation, Digital Transformation, Printing, IT hardware & software, IT services, XR among other and we’re looking to expand our team. Main Requirements
•    3-4 years experience in IT B2B sales, SaaS model is considered a plus;
•    Bachelor's degree strongly preferred;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•    Great interaction ability with commercial & negotiating skills;
•    Action oriented mindset with strong sense of urgency;
•    Good problem solving and time management abilities;
•    High self-motivation drive, independent;
•    English language proficiency;
•    Open-minded, adapts quickly to challenges and priorities;
•    Driving license;

Main Responsibilities
•    Develop new accounts and ensure good long term relationship with them;
•    Continuous prospecting of the market to qualify and build sales pipeline;
•    Generate new sales & business opportunities within Aliant’s tech portfolio or beyond;
•    Reach sales targets;
