Sales Support Specialist

Job description
We’re an innovative IT technology integrator and we’re looking to expand our sales support team.

Main Requirements
·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
·      Attention to detail
·      Have skills in Microsoft, Excel and Computers
·      Ability to review documents to understand requirements
 
Main Responsibilities
·      Responsible for data entry and mailing client invoices.
·      Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with the clients when is needed
·      Provide requested information and documentation regarding customer invoices
·      Entry and maintenance of billing data into invoicing database
·      Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with coworkers
