Search # Careers at Aliant ## IT Infrastructure Consultant **Job description** **Location**: Bucuresti | Iasi | Bacau | Hybrid   We’re an innovative IT technology integrator www.aliant.tech with experience in areas such as Hyper Automation, Digital Transformation, Printing, IT hardware & software, IT services, XR among other and we’re looking to expand our team. Our core values are: Partnerships, People, Technology, Entrepreneurial spirit, Perseverance. **Key responsibilities** Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults Solve technical and applications problems Efficiently communicate with the clients either face to face or over the phone to resolve issues Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time Ability to test and evaluate new technologies Understand the client’s environment and be able to provide the best solutions Be proactive and client centered   **Soft skills requirements** Clear verbal and writing communication skills, ability to speak end user (non-technical) business language Proactive, adaptive, independent and self-managing with proven capability to lead a project initiative Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills English language   **Technical skills** Previous experience of working in similar position Good knowledge of Microsoft server platforms Good knowledge and experience in working with and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS Good knowledge and experience with virtualization products (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.) Experience in resolving security issues Experience with user identity management Ability to monitor and identify network policy violations and system breaches Ability to train users in applications and operating system fundamentals and to write basic documentation.
